If you only eat 800 calories a day AND exercise, you will not be losing weight because your body will be in starvation mode and will hold on to it's fat. Never go below 1200 calories, especially when exercising. People need to realize that to lose weight, you need a certain amount of fat and calories in your diet. That is why you hear of people saying they hardley eat and can't figure out why they haven't lost any weight.

Hey, I am on nutrisystem now and I was wondering what did you do to lose 30 lbs in a month. I have been on it for about 4 months and only lost 30lbs? I really needs your advice because I have about 70lbs to lose by august. Thanks.
