I don't have a dead ex thank god, but if somebody did, and they had naked pics of them, would it be weird to still look at them? I can slightly justify videos, especially the ones where there's the foreplay/lovey parts, even though that probably wouldn't...

be healthy to watch, I could see the sentimental value... However, with pics... It's just fap material... What do others think?

I think people would have different opinions on this
but mine is that if its YOUR ex and you loved her and miss her, then looking at her pics probably wouldnt be bad
but it can be unhealthy if you dont move on or if you use them to prentend shes still alive
I dont think veiwing the pics or/and videos (if any were made) would be a bad thing unless your getting aroused/turned on by the fact that shes dead now
as necrofillia is illegal and just wrong
but if it reminds you of her and the things you used to do together then I dont think its wrong
