Not sure if anyone cares but how does this poem sound?

It was meant to be a song, but I need some fine tuning of the words... Anyone?

I’ve read romeo and juliet;
Shakespeare’s good but I have ye-e-et;
To see that kind of love come out in,
Real life, real life.
Because,
I’ve seen guys that’re strong and pretty;
I’ve seen guys that’re weak and witty;
I’ve seen everything life’s had to
Offer, offer
But,
Then one summer you came around,
One smile told me that I had found,
The perfect man for me
Forever, ever

And I said:
Romeo, juliet; can you help me?
This isn’t normal; how can it be?
I’m so confused; i’m head over heels,
For a wild eyed boy;
Is this how love feels? (repeat)

Well when we had to part on saturday
Tried not to cry, I missed you that-a-way.
Never thought i’d see youuu, when:
Guess what? There you were again!

And I said:
Romeo, juliet; are you with me?
This is amazing; how can it be?
He’s found a way back into my life;
That wild eyed boy,
Is this what love feels like?

Romeo, juliet can you see this?
I swear this guy is complete bliss.
I’m fallin’ in love: i’m head over heels;
For this wild eyed boy,
Is this how love feels? (repeat)

When you asked me on a da-a-ate,
Even though I had to wa-a-ait,
Your simple smile and personality,
Changed my. Mentality,

And I said:
Romeo, juliet, now can you see?
Is this true? Is this meant to be?
We’re fallin’ in love, we’re head over heels!
If this is true love,
Then this is how it feels!
This is how it feels.
