what age is it OK to start taking diet pills? I am a little over weight and I want to take them to get me to a nice weight and in the process start to excersise and eat better. my mom has some left over and I want to take them

18... now, technicaly, you CAN take them ealier, but, you have to expect more serious effects, and more hazards...
and yes, ask your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) first

There isn't any age that is safe to take diet pills, and least of all don't take some that were prescribed for your mom. Eat more raw fruits & vegetables, and start walking everyday. You will see the weight start to come off. Stay away from pop, candy bars and any unnatural sugar products. You can get all your sugar in your raw fruits especfially if they are Organic. Also there is a lot of natural sugar in organic carrots. Use some common sense and you will lose those extra pounds. Good Luck!
