I am having the same problem. My dude and I have been trying for a long time. We both had chlamydia (but I don't know for how long b/c neither one of us had symptoms) and just caught it at the beginning of this year. It gets so tiring having to keep going out and buying pregnancy tests and then seeing that they are negative. I eventually decided to schedule us to see a fertility specialist-there is a dye test you can take where they inject you with dye and then xray/ultrasound you to see if there is any blockage in your tubes. Try that.

no thats not the reason. even if you still had chlamydia it wont get in the way of having children. you may not just be having sex while your fertile enough. or your boyfriend may not have active sperm. the best thing to do is talk to a doctor. they can figure when your most fertile and mast able to become pregnant. another thing.. dont you think you would want to be married before you have a child together? I know its none of my business, but in my experience its always worked out better that way.

need any more help? funmail me :]

I don't know where naughyprincess18 got her info, but she is very wrong.

From http://www.cdc.gov/std/Chlamydia/STDFact-Chlamydia.htm#complications :

In women, untreated infection can spread into the uterus or fallopian tubes and cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). This happens in up to 40 percent of women with untreated chlamydia. PID can cause permanent damage to the fallopian tubes, uterus, and surrounding tissues. The damage can lead to chronic pelvic pain, infertility, and potentially fatal ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus). Women infected with chlamydia are up to five times more likely to become infected with HIV, if exposed.

Go see your doctor to find out if there is any damage, and what options you have.
