You can't lose weight fast. If this is a school fitness test, don't worry about it. I failed and I'm still alive, aren't I? Just try to focus on being healthy from now on. That means exercise and quit eating junk food.
Cold water doesn't make you gain weight - any kind of water does. Rumor has it that warm water makes you feel fuller, so you may try that if minimal and temporary weight loss is your thang.
Water makes up as many as 75% of your body weight. Even if you don't drink water all day long... about 74% of your body weight is still water. It's pointless.
Don't listen to any weight loss theories. If you want to lose weight, eat healthy and exercise. That's all. Warm water makes you FEEL fuller, but it doesn't burn any calories.
cold water will cool your body making your body raise its temp using more calories to heat your body back to normal , of course tihs is on a small fraction but over time it makes you lose weight.
try cutting carbs out but this is like 2 days before your test bcutting thme out too long puts ur body into survival mode and thats where u will lose weight VERY slowly
also try running or wlaking whichevevr you prefer at least 3-5miles a day
another thing is to cut out salt or reduce salt intake. check labels for how much sodium it contains becuase salt retains water which is weight, agian do this only 2 days before as you need salt to live.

well I have to lose 35 lbs inorder to pass a fitness test, because it says I am that much over the standard weight... or sum thang.. buh anyways I went on the internet and it ssaid my BMI is to high so I do have to lose weight...
