Firefox for my browser can't open some sites?

I used Mozilla Firefox for my browser but really don't know why I can't open this two websites, the yahoo and the google. Every time I search in google, it always freeze when I click the search button. I check it on the restriction, and found that this two website is not restricted. And one thing, this funadvice site load faster, so what the difference of this site to the two website.??

Have you installed fasterfox or Lori? Those extensions are helpful to see how long things take to load.

Also, can you do a "trace route" to see if you can ping yahoo or google?

Last, I'd try with another browser (eg, safari, or IE) to see if they can get to Google or Yahoo...

Nope.

I try to ping the yahoo and google in command prompt and there is no problem. Packet says, sent 4, Received 4 and 0% losses. That means I am connected with the internet but there is a problem on loading the page. I am connected with the internet but the homepage for yahoo is not loading.

My Internet Explorer was already uninstalled.
