Natural senna laxatives

I have Natural Senna Laxatives (before you start, I'm not abusing them...)

And I wanna know how long they usually take to kick in. Some laxatives take up to 3 days! I don't want that. Plus, my mate is coming round tomorrow... So it would be great if...

they started working tonight. (Do they?)

How long usually do they take to kick in?

It should kick in within a day, take it before bed.

When needed, I've usually taken 2 before bed with a glass of water and find the results successful he next day.

If you are burdened with frequent constipation, might I suggest that you consider regularly taking Psyllium Husks. I've found that taking 2 a day keeps me functioning normally. It is the basic ingredient in Metamucil. The best place I've found to get them is PuritansPride.com.
