What makes people think that just because something is natural, its good for them? I mean, arsenic is natural and also a poison.

Generally speaking, stuff that is seen to be natural (usually food or food products) is unprocessed, so therefore doesn't have additives which can be bad for you - so it is better than having the processed stuff. It is a little misleading though, as some of it's not quite as good for you as you would think, and "natural" pill suppliments are still processed pills regardless.

Just because a lot of natural things are good for you, that doesn't mean that everything natural is good for you. Theres exceptions to everything.
