are you overweight?
if you are tell her your happy with yourself and you don't care. my grandma and dad used to tell me I was overweight when I really wasn't and it got to me and I had eating disorders for about 4 years off and on.

don't let her tell you what to do especially eating only you know when your hungry, not her.
