Well, ok, I'm a 14 year old guy, 15 in summer, and well my life runs around me being an athlete, I can sprint 60m in 91/2 secs, but my main thing is shotput, and most of the 'oompf' for shotput is needed from the muscle in the legs, hips and arms. (I've...

been doing shotput professionally for 2 years or so now) and I really need some exersizes for my legs and arms to get bigger, do any of you guys know of any? I have 2.5kg dumbells at home and I go to the gym every monday for an hour or so. Please guys, I need some help as this might be my last shot. Cheers guys... Your saving my bacon on this one!

For the thighs? Squats and lunges. No? Do them holding weights. But also consider that bodies change and being so young, you may end up with a different specialty as your body, focus and skills develop. Maybe there's another field that interests you where you can excel. If you have a coach or trainer, they should be able to advise you.
