My mom and dad want to put me back in counseling

What can I do to try to get my parents to not get me to counseling again I tried that and it was a very long story!! But after my favorite teacher dragged me out of counseling because she didn't think I needed counseling I had a really good attitude...

and a really good life and then all that goodness just kindf slipped away!!! How do I get happiness back without counseling, pills, or exams that make you feel really stupid!!!??? How do I talk my parents out of this mess!!

Your admitting it is a mess which means counseling would probley be a good idea.

lucky you dont have to drop hints to your parents like I do to even ask how are you doing.

Find something that you love doing..or perhaps find someone you can trust to tell everything to, it worked for me.

if your not happy than you need counseling. or try doing something you enjoy...I don't know
