Dear prue011,
We hear babies born with teeth a fair amount of time...sometimes these teeth will fall out on their own. If they appear to give the baby a problem as far as maybe being painful take the baby to a doctor and he may easily remove them. The extra finger shouldn't prove to be a problem either...when the child gets older they can remove the extra finger if that is what is requested. This would probably be recommended for self-esteem reasons. Don't fret about these things both can be nicely taken care of in the future.
Sue...good luck
yes a lot of babies are but an operation is normally done to remove the extra finger its nothing awful can be fixed easily!
