Is it possible for her to lose weight fast this way?

everyday, she runs for an hour and a half, and she never eats in school, and when I asked her if she ever eats, she said that she only eats fruits and veggies, at school she never sits, when I asked her why she's doing all this, she said she wants to lose weight in 3 weeks and she wants it to show and before the summer vacation starts!
is that possible?! everyone's trying to stop her, but she's not listning to us!
and what if we ignore her, and she doesn't get what she thought she was going to get?
is it really possible in 3 weeks??

If you use this type of diet you could in 3 weeks but shes not getting the needed vitamins and minerals, I would have a good talk with her. Its not doing her body any good...
