How can i help my friend who's becoming anorexic?

My friend Is really ill she is 13 she takes laxatives and she is only 13 I think she is anorexic I havent tolled no1 yet but Her mum dosent know she has lost a stone in 4 weeks , she is only 6 stone. I keep telling her to stop and telling her the risks...

but she wont listen I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE HELP ??

Tell an adult. Tell her mum. She may not like you very much for a while, but it's for her own good.

if you dont feel comfortable telling her parents you can tell your parents... or even a teacher. Once they find out they will tell her parents. Even if she gets mad at you at first it will be worth it because you could very well save her life. Good luck!

alright the best thing to do would be to tell sum1 cause 1 of my ex girlfriends had that same problem and i told her that her secret was safe with me and everything only got worse until she ended up in the hospital... now she is gettin help and gettin better but if you dont want that to happen to your friend you NEED to tell sum1 even if she gets mad it will all be worth the help that she will get in the end
