help. Anyway, they offer two visas, one for the spouse and 1 for the fiance but my problem is th fiance visa requires my fiance to come to the US so that we can get married. The thing is, all our friends and families reside in Jamaica and that's where we wanted to have our wedding but with the fiance visa thats not possible. I want to start filing the petition for my fiance ASAP so my question is, how can I have my wedding in Jamaica and then shortly after my fiance will be able to come to the US. Is there a visa that permits that? Or do I have to get married to him in Ja first before I can start the filing for him, and then apply for the spousal visa. I know this may not make much sense but please try to understand it. Fast answers would be much appreciated
