My dog gotten fleas ideas?

Okay my dog has gotten fleas. We never had them before but whenever my nabor comes over we get them bad in the house and now they wont go away.

I gave him baths.
Did flea treatments on him
and had specialist come over and treat house but they come back...

in month
I clean everyday so its not like my house is nasty (I gotta clean with having two kids)

Any other ideas?

I would use frontline on your pets, most of your over the counter flea treatments suck and are a waste of money and bad for your dogs. When you are done vaccuming you need to get rid of the vaccum bag, throw it outside. A life cycle of a flea is crazy and can live in you carpet for months and hatch when the timing if right. so you need to treat the dog and keep vaccuming the house. The vet hospital that I work at also sells a spray for you house. Good luck and stay on top of it.

Thanks I will contact vet and see if they sell the spray. I hate when my nabors come over cause htey have them bad and whenever we get them to finally go away we get them back cause they come over. IT SUCKS!

Yep! I agree with the 1st post frontline works good...I use it 4 my dog...make sure you get the right weight limit and dont put to much because your dog can get sick...hope this help

Ditto to all those who say Frontline...also, since you have them in the house, I'd de-flea it, too...there are foggers, sprays, and powders...for the foggers, you set one in every room, and leave the house...
