Murjan city tallest tower

The Murjan City tallest Tower which will be 1,022 meters is said to be the most luxurious tower ever built. There is no informaiton on when this tower will begin construction or be finished. The architect is already 83 years old, but the 1,022 meter building hasn't even started, I think that the Architect might die given that 77 is the average age of death in the world. WHen do you think the building will begin construction and enter completion?

Yes you are right that it hasn't begun, but the Architect is Swedish, where the standard of living is higher and people live longer than in other countries, such as America. Hopefully it will begin soon so he can see its completion.
