For some reason when I log onto MSN it doesn't work it say my firewall settings may need to be fixed or something. So how do I do that and what if it still doesn't work?

Hi,

What firewall are you using? If it's windows firewall, goto your control panel and select the windows security icon. From there you can switch off your firewall or configure it to allow internet access.

go to Control Panel --> windows security --> at the bottom it will say 'Manage security settings for'. Then go to Windows Firewall --> Exceptions --> add program.

And add MSN.

If it's another firewall, let us know which kind by replying to your question.

Thanks.
