How do I change norton firewall settings?

Hey, I use Norton Firewall and I need to know how to change its settings so that it allows certain things through. For example, the firewall works will so I want it on usually, but it blocks AIM and the iTunes online store, and I am usually in one of those two while I am at my computer...does anyone know how to change the settings?
