Moving out at 14?

Is there any way I can move into my sisters house without my parents being able to do anything about it???

have you talked to them about moving out? im sure they will let you if its living with your sister unless they dont like her. why do you want to move out?

well you can get emancipated but you need parents permission unless there's a situation where they are not being responsible parents

You would have to prove they're unfit to raise you. You'd have to get emancipated and show proof you will have a place to live and what not.

No one can force you to live with your parents, not even the police. You do not have to be emancipated to live with her. She should petition the court for custody of you.
