Motherboard pins stuck inside

Hello, I bought a brand new motherboard and case plus proccesor, I went to put the proccesor in and for some reason the am2 slot was full of broken pins off another procccesor, and I cant send it back because store thinks I did that, but it was brand new sealed, I need help finding a way to get the pins out, tweezers are to big. THANKS

You can try taking it to a computer repair store, they might have smaller tweezers to get them out. Otherwise, that stinks. Are they magenetic, you could try that?
