How can i find out what my puk pin is?

So yesterday my phone died while I was out, and now that I've let it charged and stuff, I've tried to turn it back on and its asking for this puk pin, and I have no idea what the hell it is, it gives me 9 tries to try and get it, and now that I've tried...

those 9 times, its asking me if I wanna do an sos call? What is that? And how can I find out what my puk pin is?

to get ya puk pin ya'll have to call your service provider... or at least they can put ya in the right direction as to how to get it...good luck hope ya get it sorted xx
