Why won't my mom tell the truth about her dating?

my mom is dating someone and she thinks I dont now but I've found so many things that lead to it. plus I know who he is because I've met him twice and I dont really like him. I've found his clothes in closets, after shave,sex toys and his msn was online on our computer and I saw his emails(I thought I was on mine) that he sent my mom.
my younger brother asked if he was her boyfriend once but she said no. why wont she just tell the truth?

maybe she thinks that it may hurt you to know she has deeper feelings for someone else besides your dad, she may be just trying to "protect you" if you dont like the way she's running things, sit down, and talk to her. good luck. :]

I do agree that you should talk with her if you want her to tell you anything that you think she is hiding from you.. But maybe she isn't hiding anything.. Maybe they are just good friends that Like to have a lil benefits on the side every once in a while with no strings attached.. You never know!!

She doesnt want to hurt you... or she doesnt want to realise it herself... My mom passed away 2 years ago dad started dating andis living with his "friend" So I am not sure why they lie

everyone else is right, she just doesn't want to hurt you. she's not ready to let this man into you and your brothers life because she doesn't want you two to get too attached to this guy, if it doesn't work out between your mom and him.
