Me and my friend want too start our own web site the only thing is is that
We don't know where too start or any thing don't it cost allot of money ?
And we don't even know what we want it too be about we are thinking about a

where not sure can we even make a web site knowing
Where only 17 and 16 ? I mean I will be 18 soon but still so can any 1 help
