I'm stumped on this question , and I need to show my work can anyone help me?

3(3x+2)=9-x

When x can either be A) x=3/4 or B) X=3/10

uhm open the brackets

3 (3x) + 3 (2) = 9-x

9x + 6 = 9-x

now put like terms in the same side

9x + x = 9 - 6

10x = 3

x = 3/10
