What to tell friends who are stressing about sex?

Okay, most of my mates are 15-16, and some of us have lost our viginity... but the ones that havent feel extremly left out, we try to tell them that its not a big deal and they should not stress about it, but they do, and it gets annoying, and makes me upset for the way that they are feeling, if that makes any sence :/

Any one got any advice as to what I should say to them??
