My bff since kindergarten is dating the boy that forced her to have sex with him and go to a mental institution she really likes him but I am not sure about him so what should I tell her

Tell her That You would hate to see her keep getting hurt
it is not good to be in arelationship like that she should probably break up with him and if he trys to do anything to her get inforcement quick has she told her parents about him?

It's illegal for someone to force someone else to have sex with them. If you were really her friend you would tell the cops.
