Can regular masterbation cause an irregular menstrual cycle?

My periods come and go, sometimes it only comes every 2 months and sometimes every month.

Mas*urbat*on shouldn't interfere with your period. It's a healthy and normal thing to do, and a lot of girls do it regularly, so if it were true then everybody's period would be screwed up What it can do in relation to your period is help you predict when it's coming - like several days before it comes, you may feel a dull pain in your lower stomach after mas*urbat*ng - the kind of pain you feel during your period. The 'after-pain' increases the closer you get to your period. But that's because you're exciting the uterus, which meanwhile is getting ready to bleed, therefore it's not too happy to have more blood rush in when you get excited. As about irregular periods, there are other explanations, like stress, something in your lifestyle, if you recently started having periods, etc. Or, it may just be irregular in its normal state, like mine comes whenever it wants to but the doctor said sometimes that's the case. See a doctor if it worries you.
