Like lilsayuri said... You just have to have sex if you want to have a kid. Excite your wife, then go to sexual intercourse, and well... Once you have an orgasm, your semen is inside her and the sperm finds the egg. Make sure she doesn't have any STDs, and make sure you don't have any STDs either.
