Lower left abdomen pain .

I have a small lump on the lower left side of my lower abdomen , and sometimes I have a burning sensation in my stomach . Also , I didnt have my period this month , any ideas?

Well... I'm no doctor, so I really can't tell you what it is. I'd say keep a close eye on things, if the condition keeps up or gets worse, go see a doctor ASAP just to be safe.

there is this condition called endometriosis..its kind of rare, but a friend of mine got it and she had surgery, and now everything is ok.
check it out...
