Lower left abdomen

I have a pain that is in my lower left abdomen and stops like in the middle under the belly button like where your pants go does anyone know what it could be. And how to stop the stupid pain.

its nothing like oeriod cramps ad plau=s I had a little bit of spotting when I was suppose to have my period

maybe a cyst? a lot of woman get them regularly as they ovulate and my sister struggled with pain from that.

It's really worth seeing a doctor about this issue, especially if it's been continuing for quite a while.
