I've you want to work them out lie on your back pull your knees to your chest and move your legs and hips left to right (you should feel it in your lower abs and back)and if you pull your legs closer to chest and rock left to right slightly it should tighten up (if you have it) back fat I do these things often it should work
They are rolls on the side of your tummy
