It will make your butt stronger - If you have no muscle in your butt now it might look a little bigger but not in a bad way. You will trade fat for muscle and look better.

You DANG right it will.
You are not iscolating your muscle groups when using a stairmaster. the result is the buttucks get more muscle mass and swell.
The key is to only use a stairmaster for less then 10 minutes per week

Why use the stairmaster for only 10 minutes a week? Will you see any results? I am not saying overwork the same muscles but at least feel the intensity. Please help me to understand. thanks esha15
