Ab and oblique workouts with aerobic activity, such as running/walking should do the trick. But you also have to incorporate a healthy eating pattern. Cut down on sweets and junk food. Don't expect overnight results because it will take a while.
I dont eat any crap at all.

That may be a problem if you already eat healthy, because you might not be able to lose weight as easily.
