Getting rid of big thighs and lovehandles?

my thighs are gross.. well to me anyways not to other people but how can I get rid of them??
oh adn I have big lovehandles.. it runs in the family.. haha
adn I need to get rid of them because they make me self contious
what can I do?

dont eat big meals eat healthy snacks every time you get hungrey try not to go over 6 times a daay

The only way to get rid of love handles is to do a cardio work out (running, jogging, speed walking) to burn fat calories. It will trim down your sides. Also, side crunches help. As for your thighs, I would imagine you don't want to build up muscle, being it would only make them bigger, running and eating healthy should help that area too.
