Eat less. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you ingest. The South Beach Diet is a good one because it is healthy and you don't have to be hungry.
There are lots of good, low-calorie foods that will fill you up. There are lots of bad, high-calorie foods that will not keep you full, so the point is to eat what will fills you up and not be high in calories. No: Red/Fatty meat, cream-based anything, fried anything, baked anything (cookies, cake, etc.), pop or juice. Light: Bread/corn/wheat products, nuts, and alcohol. I know it is hard to let go of some things, but skinny people don't eat those things very often, and when they do they don't go crazy.
Get low-calorie everything, especially cheese and spreads/dressings. There are some dietary supplements that are not those dangerous diet pills but that are good for you, like l-carnitine and vitamin C, that are very important to your diet.
I can't tell you to exercise cuz I don't, but I do take the stairs, walk (when I'm going somewhere a mile or so away), and suck in (looks better plus I think it works your abs a bit) and stand up straight- that makes you look skinnier too.
DONT starve yourself...and DONT go on a diet...its all stupid
eat more fruit and veg, and more healthy foods, no junk - youve probably heard it all before...but thats the only way to keep healthy and loose weight.
try and add a bit of exericse in though! - you really need to - even if its just walking alot, nothing hardcore, then it will help
and drink 8 glasses (4 pints) of water a day - no fizzy drinks

Ok ...exercising is the fastest way to lose weight. but if you do not have the motivation, will power, or you just don't want to have to kill yourself working out everyday then start eating more foods that burn fat naturally. Like broccilli, apricots, asparagus, stuff like that...or if you have the money try the wu-yi tea it's suppose to work very well. http://www.WU-YIsource.com
