Exercise, exercise exercise. i wood recommend swimming as it is good, gentle exercise. eat healthily, ie, eat lots of folic acid and omega 3( babies need that to develop its brain) but dont eat too much oily fish(which contains omega 3) as they contain poisons from the rubbish in the sea. eat lots of fruit and whole grain- basically have a balanced diet, but cut out the fat.

Loosing the baby fat!
I'm am due any day now with my first son and I would like any suggestions on how I can begin to loose my Baby Fat. I will be nursing and I feel that it is very important that I don't loose too much too fast due to the fact that it may effect my milk...
supply. But I would like to loose about 90-100 pounds in 6 months (I currently weigh 220!)
