I'm not a big fan of pills. For every positive impact they have, they cause four more negative ones. Why can't you eat a granola bar or an apple before school? Even a little food in your stomach would help. If eating is out of the question, try something milder like Tums or Rolaids to control your stomach acid. If you stop taking the pills for any reason though, make sure you tell your doctor.
Or perhaps there is a third and forth possibility?
One, as has been mentioned is actually a pretty simple solution, have a meal before school, have a meal at school... Why exactly is it an inability to eat? What's preventing you from eating?
The second solution is go talk to your doctor about a change of pills...

Looking crap or feeling it?

Looking crap or feeling it?
Right, I have a slightly philosophical question for you all.
I have recently been havign stomach issues at school. According to my doctor, my stomach acidity is too high because I don't eat before school nor at school. This causes me to throw up...
voilently and feel crap for about an hour. Throwing up in school means I must be sent home.
Because of my inability to eat at or before school my doctor has given me pills that will control my acidity levels. These pills however, flare up my psoriasis (a skin condition which makes red scally patches appear on my skin). My question to you is this.
Should I continue on my course of perscripted drugs to see if they continue to flare it up or should I give up, feel crap but look good?
