Liklihood of pregnancy after two normal

Hi. Im 23 and have had pretty regular periods. They come between 28 and 31 days each month. I had my normal period start on 25 December 2005, then had unprotected sex on 19 January 2006. I started a normal period on 22 January 2006 then had another...

normal period starting 19 February. Its now 23 March 2006 and i have no period. I had a very very slight brown discharge when i wiped on the 19th and 20th. I really do not want to be pregnant. Does anyone think that this may be the case? i did a home pregnancy test on 22 March 2006 and it was negative. Im still not convinced.

If you have had two normal periods since the last time you had sex I really don't think that you could be pregnant. Sperm only lasts for a few days not months. I highly doubt you are pregnant but you could always double check with your doctor. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. I went to the Doctor today. I had a urine and blood test. The urine test came out negative. I have to wait for the results of the blood test. The doctor is 99.99% sure i am not pregnant and told me YOU CAN NOT BE PREGNANT AND STILL HAVE YOUR PERIOD. Any person who claims they know someone who has is not telling the truth or only telling the half truth. Any bleeding during pregnancy is NOT like a period and you will know that it is not a normal period.

Thank you for the advice, it has put my mind at ease, and for any girl out there stressing about possible pregnancy all i can say is this. Firsty talk to a friend or relative or someone you can trust, its easier to go through it when there is a person you can rely on and secondly GO TO THE DOCTOR. The doctor will be understanding and will give you all the answers you need. Whatever the result, the earlier you deal with it the better.
