Leave it on or off?

When I lived with my dad back in 1999-2004 I used to always enjoy hearing trains,and cars go by outside and that would put me to sleep. But now these days I leave my TV on at night cause I hate being in the dark for many reasons,should I leave my TV off or on cause I kinda miss that sensation I got back then.

You might consider getting one of those ‘sleep CD’s - many different sounds to choose from…Take care !!

I THINK you SHUD LEAVE IT ON THERE ARE LOTS OF people WHO SLEEP WITH TVS MUSIC I PERSONALLY LIKE THE SOUND AND WIND ON A FAN SO I THINK you SHUD DO WHAT MAKES you FEEL GOOD…
