Can you become a cop at 18 like right after highschool. Or do you have to be 21 years old?

Depends on the jurisdiction and their specific requirements. Most are 21 yoa.

In Oregon, for example, you have to be 21...in some parts of California, you can be 18...check with your local police station, etc, to see what the specific requirements are where you live.
