How about grilled salmon, mini redskinned potatoes, asparagus and green salad tossed with olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper and salt? Sorbet for dessert.

The guy that I adore is coming over for dinner.
I was already completely baffled on what to make, but to add to that concern I also found out he is lactose-intolerant. T_T.
Glad I found that out before I made twice-baked potatoes...But yes...Does...
anyone have any dinner ideas?
