Is this like child abuse or just horse play?

Ok so I no this girl who I dont really talk to because she is kinda shy and doesnt really like to talk but I still consider us friends. Ok so yesterday she came in and she was like I broke my finger and I was llike o no thats terrible how did it happen and she was like well it wasnt actually me it was my mom I was watching tv but my sis wanted to watch it but I wudnt let her than my mom came in and hit me with the tv remote and broke my finger. She was laughing when she said it but she kinda seemed scared and everything she said it was funny and stuff but now that I think bout it she broke her tail bone 2 years ago and I don't know if a tv remote can break your finger and I was just wondering if this is child abuse and if I shud do any thing bout it? I mean she figure skates and her mom took her to disney but I mean I dont want it to get worse or any tihng. And she started reading one of dave pelzers books (he experianced one of the worst child abuse cases in california history) so I don't know any suggestions!

She just wants attention, a remote can't break a finger. she has no friends, and she wants people to talk to her. tell her to suck it up.

A REMOTE CUD BRAKE your FINGER DEPENDING ON WHAT FORCE IS USED AND WICH WAY your FINGER BENT BACK WHEN you GOT HIT WITH IT

talk to her a litle more.mentin it to some of the people she hangs aropund then make a choice on w/ to do.

Try to invite her more to hang out with you and your friends during and outside school and get her more involved and try to become closer , then when she feels that she can trust you she'll probably tell you her self or you could get more evidence if shese being abused or not ... bdw I e-mailed back to your last e-mail lol ..
