Is this abuse or overreacting??

Okay so I have this friend that every time she and her boyfriend get into an argument and she says somthing that he doesnt like he will choke her or punch her but never in her face and they will end up fighting/wrestling...afterwards they always end up...

making up and kissing and he tell her how sorry he is for what he did..and how he wont do it again but always does...What can she do to stop loving him or is she making things bigger then what they seem..PS thay have a kid together to..Thanks guys

Abuse!!! HE has no business putting his hands on her if he loves her. The reason he never hits her in the face is probably because he doesn't anyone to she it in public. That is not good they have a child and that child has no business being around that type of behavior. Sooner or later it will get worse. Apparently he has an anger problem that he can't control. Tell your friend to get out of it a real man never touches a woman whether it's a punch in the face or a pinch. Much Love!!!111

She goes far away from him and takes her kid far away from him, and then gives it time and she will get over him. If there was a book called spotting abusers 101, he just made the list, a. hurts her, b. apologizes c. says he'll never do it again d. does it again, and then go back to a.

sounds like me and my ex.
me and my ex used to have serious fights, I would headbut him he would slap me. but from ppls perspective thats proper messed up, which it is. but I would provoke him and secretly want a fight. but if someone knew about it I would probably still be the victim
I would say things he didnt like for a reaction, so maybe gotta look at it from both perspectives, what is she saying to provoke this? if its minor she should deffo get out but if its serious then dont worry she just likes the thrill, plus she might like the make up sex because make up sex is always amazing!
