Is talking to my teacher about my problems weird?

I am 16 years old and last year cut a lot and my male teacher found out. This year, I wanted some answers and now I talk to him about it. He is like my counselor... is this strange?

No, as long as he doesn't make you feel uncomfortable and is still professional about it, I don't see a problem with it. Has he been helping you?

No this is the same this I do with my new teacher!! she found my razor blade in my locker cause she needed me and you locker was open she saw the razor and fliped cause she was so worried and now she and I talk about everything!!! and I mean every thing!!

It's not weird - it seems he's really helping you. My advice is just not to fall in love with him! That would cause you both a lot of pain and would spoil the good relationship you have now.
