Is super growth really effective?

I really want to improve my height, so im considering taking super growth, but Im not sure

Not meaning to hijack the thread but I wouldn't mind knowing this too.

In the space between your bones (epiphysis)is cartiliage, but as you grow the cartilage is replaced with bone tissue and the bone grows in length. At some point, the bones stop growing. The epiphysis fuses with the shaft of bone making it impossible to grow anymore.

The product would have to entirely alter your development before you've stopped growing to be successful

There is no medication that can make you grow taller.

The only process whereby this is possible is a rather painful one that is often times used for those who due to an accident need to regrow their bones, or for smaller statured people diagnosed with the various forms of dwarfism.

Its a process whereby you are literally breaking your bones daily (mostly used on legs) and slowly pulling them apart, forcing your body to grow new bone. I wont go into the details on how it works as just the description itself would make you cringe.

The contraption used is an Illizarov frame and it involves a lot of metal, screws, and more pain than most can endure.

Hey, be happy with your height!! Small people are cool!! I'm small to 5'2 but I'm not bothered about it!
You don't want to go down the route of forcing your body to grow, it'll cause WAY too many problems that you're going to regret later.
Anyway, how old are you? because people don't really stop growing till their early 20s and usually get a bit of a spurt after leaving school!

im 5% and right on trak for my age woo but I dk what this stuff is but if it really does make you grow a lot in a short time dont take it because I use to be like 4 ft 9 and I grew really fast to this height and now im left with stretch marks at 15 so dont do it
