Is mixing races a sin?

I heard that mixing races was a sin..is that true?

NO it isnt...all the Bible says about anything about being with someone else is not not be unequally yoked, which some will interprete to be race, but its not that, even tho back in the biblical times race had a lot to do with what someones beliefs were, but that for us today implies religiously. No it isn't. There might be some minority religion out there that believes so but it isn't. God made us all equal.

it's supposed to be.. it's stated in the bible.. but I don't agree. I think everyone should be with the one they love no matter race, sex, or religion. we all deserve to be happy. ^_^ and I'd probably be a horrible sinner considering how much I love asians (especially japanese) and I'm nowhere near asian...

the bible does say that you shouldnt cheat on your spouse but really in the bible days in eygypt(spell error)every body was the same race but some was different religions so skin color really wasnt the issue

well it depends on your religious belief's. now im catholic and im black and I dont read the bible because well I dont read but I am very smart. now because im black, I dont care what race a girl is (ima guy) but if shez interested in me and im interested in her, I will date her. now I am curently dating a caucation female (srry if the word caucation offends you because I red that it was a racist term or the rong term). I do love her and she loves me. but in your case, nice pic and I c your caucation but if your in love with a black man then date him and love him to death.

No it isn't a sin! We were created to be all equal! to whoever said it is in the Bible...this is untrue! The Bible does speak of being unequally yoked...which means if you are Christian or saved...having a relationship with an unbeliever! I am marrying someone outside my race in July! And I know he was made just for me...by the one who created me...God!

I am Puertorrican and all Puertorrican are all mixed. We are mixed White from Columbus spaniards, Black from the slaves they brought to Puerto Rico and Indians from the Caribean Taino tribes. 3.4 million People live in Puerto Rico and Millions in the USA. To make sure I really go to hell I married a white american woman to add to the mix and we have two daughters.

no it is not a sin, because I have not found any thing on z bible which says mixing a race is a sin. JESUS z almighty himself has said I come to save z whole world, he did not say a specific group. so if z almighty loves and take care of all his creatures wz out any criteria and discrimination, I think his creatures u, me and z rest of the world should do z same thing!!!

Nah. If you're a guy who's black and you're a chick who's white and the two of you truly love each other...it's a beautiful thing in my eyes. What I do have somewhat of a problem with, but it's not a biblical thing I don't think. is ..people who specifically aim for somebody outside of their race. Pretty much saying if you're a white girl, black guys are better, It think it's because I think that they think that we (I'm a black guy) we are all highly blessed in our pants. which isn't true. I'm not going to say how I know! Aw man! I shouldn't have said any of that! Now no chick is ever gonna want me! lol.

But yeah, like around my way you pretty much see almost every black guy my age or younger with a white girl. it's not wrong to date them, but why did they all go that way? What's wrong with the sistas? I personally think they are beautiful and I really would like a black woman. Why? Because I feel that our cultures are going to be less likely to clash. And I'm just attracted to them..it's a preference. Not that there aren't beauties of different ethnicities..oh there are...I especially find Asian chicks to be mighty hot! But then we go back to the culture clash thing again. If I find one who likes soul food, video games and Jesus..hmm...we can talk!

It depends on your religion. It is to me, I wouldn't do it. But I wouldn't judge someone else for doing it..that's their business.

As far as I know no it isnt. Im not really a believer of God but I agree with versacequeen: we would all go to hell. Im mexican-armenian and I know lots of other people that have mix raced families
