Kinda but because it's faty tishue and you lose weight you lose fat so ya but you lose it every where but boobs most noticeable

no everyone is different. and when you work out you will loose weight in different places.

I normally lose weight on my stomach 1st off but I have small ana hands and arms but eat healthy and lose it that way

not the first place, but in the first 3 places.. and since the fat is easily burn in that spot, it is more noticible

nope, well for me not. I just lost like 8 pounds outta no where and my boobs grew. weird but yea
