How do i stop losing weight in my boobs?? =/

My boyfriend and I have been working out a lot lately. Before I work out I walk a mile on the tread mill. I am only 102 lbs and don't really think I need to lose weight, I just want to get toned. I weighed 109 when I first started working out about 2...

months ago and the only place that I have lost the weight is in my boobs. =[ How can I stop losing weight or at least stop losing in in that particular place?? Do I need to stop walking on the treadmill?? Help!! Please and thank you =]

try squeezing them. my friends tell that when you always squeeze it, it grows bigger.

The only advice I could think to give is to do workouts that are for specific areas other than your chest, like leg work outs or arm workouts. You could do some lower abdomin workouts like ab workouts, I don't think that would affect their size. I would say examine all the excercises you're doing and see if any of them are working out that area or your body more than others, that way you can possibly not do that excercise to preven the loss of fat from that area. anytime you loose weight the first
place you loose it from is your boobs.
which sucks. I lost like 30 pounds
I went from a D to a C in a month..
but yoga makes you loose weight fast
if you do it every day it also makes
you more flexible (good for dancers
cheerleadesr) it hells you relax
you don't even have to take a yoga
class..I do it in my own room on my
on demand channel, it's free! so
it's easier better to me.

you dont have to stop walking just go and weight lift at the gym. if you have your hands in close to each other when you bench press it makes your boobs get bigger. thats how guys get pecs. it will make you go up a few sizes I was an A and in a few weeks I became a C it works for real.
